The space

Alegría takes pride in providing comfortable accommodations, a home away from home, offering a friendly, safe self-catering abode for the informal, independent traveler. The very comfortable queen size bed has a quality firm mattress with cotton bedding, great pillows, and a down comforter. The suite comes with a kitchenette that includes refrigerator, toaster oven, Nespresso coffee maker, electric tea kettle and general kitchen supplies - perfect for lite cooking needs. The bathroom is large with a custom shower, cotton towels and general toiletries. Your gated private garden with a dining area offers many unusual plants for you to enjoy in this lovely shaded space. The property is fully gated with free parking, WIFI, and lite housekeeping services three days/ week.

Your suite will be prepped and ready for your arrival. You will find a welcome basket with fruit, coffee, tea and water to tide you over until you are able to do some shopping. We furnish linens, towels, a beach umbrella, beach towels and essential toiletries. Your kitchenette is stocked with dishes, utensils, basic condiments and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for providing your own food and long term provisions and supplies including water, condiments, laundry and cleaning products, toiletries and paper goods. We have provided a Nespresso expresso coffee machine with Punta de Cielo capsules, an excellent organic Mexican coffee. Nespresso brand capsules are not available locally so if you prefer Nespresso you will need to bring your own.

The Mexican Government requires that we charge a 16% federal VAT tax and a 3% state hotel tax. At this time Airbnb collects and pays the 3% state hotel tax on behalf of the client. The 16% federal Value Added Tax will be charged when you check in.
